WitchHouse has that "dark and dirty synth" sound, as like, it's signature vibe, I guess? And Vampire Nightclub is more dark techno, I believe. Like I said, it's hard to really quantify, since almost all of it is technically "electronic music" but if you search for either of those genres here on KZbin, you'll find hour-long mixes of songs that could, at least, point you in the right direction.
