the technique is good but i think u used a little too much solder and solder on the pads... i am sure u shorted the ic pads and can actually tell on the video.. on the ic fusion state... u know i am right....

hello, can you tell me how to remove the emmc IC without damage the pad or contacts from the mainboard? samsung is using a special silicon glue that is glued under the IC and I tried some times to remove the emmc but I always damage the pads.

1:22 You have forgotten to arrange the capacitors near by the ic chip which had been moved during the process
