I wish the fist bedroom have a shower instead of a bath. Older adults prefer showers Also have its own entrance. I would not buy a property and spend money to add an entrance door for the in law suite.

Not familiar with the area , how far is the grocery stores , banks , dinner places etc ? Very interested , total sq footage ? 330k isn’t bad but what is the tax base and is insurance a issue because many are complaining about it ….

Around 15-20 minutes depending on what you’re looking for. Taxes are around $3000, $3300 per year. Insurance 800-1000 per year. I explain those numbers at the end of the video. Now we have 5 different insurance companies coming to FL

That is not an in-law suite. That is an en-suite, a bedroom which is connected to it's own seperate bathroom. Whereas an in-law suite has a kitchenette with a livingroom area,a bedroom & bathroom also there is a private door to entire from outside. Please inform correctly.As this video threw me off as I'm waiting to see the in-law suite.
