-500g flour
-5g fry yeast
-60g of melted butter
-150ml milk
-150ml water
-1 egg (we only need half of it for the dough)
-10g salt
[Madeleines]
-110g flour
-1/4 tsp baking powder
-1/4 tsp salt
-135g melted butter

-zest of 1 lemon

Butterzopf 에서 zopf는 땋은 머리 모양을 말합니다. 긴 머리를 세가닥으로 잡아서 땋으면 꽈베기 모양 비슷하지요. Butterzopf 또는 Zopfkuchen이라 부릅니다.
