Yes, it is possible. All you need is to apply in the desired university. Upon acquiring admission letter, get yourself enrolled. Once everything is done get deregister from the previous university and transfer the block account amount.

Your intermediate marks has nothing to do with scholarship. You have to show good performance in Belgium to get scholarship. Keep in mind there is no fully funded scholarship at bachelors/masters level

kuch specific programs aur specific test scores ke baad you can apply for scholarship lekin belgium main inter ke achey marks pe apko koi benefit nahi ho ga. albata SAT/GRE/Gmat/Ecat ke through english countries (USA, Canada, New Zealand, Uk and Australia) apko le lein ge. but lamba process hai. Intake se pehlay tamam universities ko email karo, kisi ki koi date kisi ki koi requirement. But if you stay consistent, Apko standards ke assh pass bhi nahi ho ga koi.

35-45 percent (Depends on the university). For updated information kindly email the university. Part-Time job surely helps a lot but it depends on the fees (currently 9K euros is a lot of fees)
