everyone who is smoking, first thing is to say to yourself i make a break for a day of smoking, maybe 2 days, and than you acctually dont have the fealing of like to smoke, the only thing that will be there after that is, your routine, like before eating you smoke, before praying you smoke, so on, so you have to fight against yourself, and its only a few days you have to fight yourself, and the thoughts of you need to smoke (the routine of it) will go away as fast as it began, (always eat something little maybe like cough drops, do help a lot and help trough the first 2 days after quitting smoke) sometimes it maybe come back because smoking is connected to activities in your brain, but it will go away if you ignore it, you have to learn to live without something you thought you need to live with. Its hard at begginning but only 1 or 2 days where you really have to push yourself, if you start this war with yourself, with your effort and with Allahs help, you will get it more easily than you thought

how would you know what the right thing to do is during times of war? for example if there was a war between the believers and non-believers and lets say the believers were losing, what would one do? do you sit back and hope everything works out while letting them destroy everything and everyone? and would it be wrong if someone had the power to do something that they do everything they can, even if it requires sins to be made... what's your opinion on this? what would you do? where's the balance? would god be more mad at you for fighting in whichever way you can to try and bring about change or someone that is just waiting on god to do all the work? not evening being a smartass genuinely asking...

I want to ask a question plz do kindly answer my question. I have done a love marriage ok my husband is hafiz Quran and had done his master at first my family was totally against he was not engineer or doctor something my mother , father , brother had tried all magics, tawazee to broke this relationship now after marriage whenever we had visited any relative they my husband got to know that my mother and brother has gas lighted about him and spread wrong information about him. Even when i confront my mother or had any argument with her she starts gaslighting on my husband. It is really effecting my married life beacuse most of time my husband listen to her voice note My question is should i still keep in touch with her? beacuse of her this kind of attitude conflicts and fights happen between me and my husband.
