Big credit for doing such a difficult vlog. I've recovered from glandular fever but every month I seem to have a 2-3 days relapse. Keep posting any tips on your recovery. Hope you are training well or doing what your body will allow. Given triathlons are extreme events perhaps train for a smaller event such as road / cycle race? Your nan will be proud of you whether you compete or not so dont beat yourself up. help keep on going
