*WITHDRAWN ON ROUTE* PT 3: Full Journey on Route P4 | Enviro 200 | LX58CAA/SLN 36311 | 10th Apr 2024

Third episode of another memorable series is here! This route has finally withdrawn all old Stagecoach Enviro 200s as of today as I am uploading this video, and has replaced them with Go Ahead Enviro 200, which has now taken over the route running company. As of recording this video though, I was lucky enough to still catch and ride a full route of this bus, which will probably stay as a nice memory for catching it only about a couple weeks before the Stagecoach got conquered by Go Ahead on this route. Moving onto the actual route though, it’s a surprisingly really nice route, better than I expected! There are quite a lot of fields nearby the roads that the route runs across, and also includes neighbourhood estate areas, bungalows but worst of all town centres on opposite sides of the route, which I usually don’t like, as they always get busy, and aren’t the best to record anyway. Thankfully though, it kept my spirits up about the driver being a good one thank god, he wasn’t slow for sure, I’ll tell you. Inside the bus was very interesting as well! I quickly found out and remembered that the seat moquette/interior pattern was the old former Stagecoach interior, which i remembered from another unrefurbished P4 that I caught a couple years ago, and it’s a pretty a rare interior as I think it only is only on a few Stagecoach buses in London as all of them are new buses, or just refurbished. The route starts at Lewisham station, and ends at Brixton town centre. Id say the route takes around 45 mins, depending on traffic, however my information might not be the most accurate as I can’t remember the duration of it too well, sorry 🤣
In conclusion though, I can’t really tell you to try catch this before it’s gone this time, as it’s already done for. At least there’s still quite a few good routes out there that have good buses like these still.
