A point of correction..The Current Rate of VAT withholding in Kenya is 2%(This was reviewed during Covid).Consequantly, we withheld on Net of VAT( In your case, it should be 4.2M) and NOT on VAT amount(800k)..Thus, I find this explanation on VAT wht misleading..
