@@Chettt1985 Both. What you are seeing is actual cinematic footage of FFXIV. Specifically, when the Edilon Bahamut is restored by the forces of evil to break the seal of his entrapment to bring destruction and thus renewal to the land. The heroes are fighting a war against his servants while the chosen use their magic to reengage the binding. This magic always consumes the life of the person who wields it and they are then brought into the light as a guardian who uses their power to bind Bahamut. These are gods and they always come back. Its up to heroes to put them back and stop the forces from gathering strength.
