I've always said Ruud seems like the amazing guitarist in the shadows, did anybody else notice that Sharon had to help him get out in front of his screaming fans? perhaps he's shy? either way, he's one of my favorite guitarists period. and yay for Sharon for helping him get out there and give us what we wanted, and Robert plays a part in it too, by not being zealous and heading to the back of stage allowing Ruud to have front. AMAZING.

this is my favourite song from within temptation. the bass guitar in this song, the texture and just everything in this song is amazing. the lyrics are written really well and the words really do paint a vivid picture. this stands true for the vast majority of the album and the majority of within temptation's discography. the girl at 1:55 is pretty much my feelings towards this song; it's very difficult to put it to words.

I don't think that he's too shy as you said. In Black Symphony main show, he just was not shown more than Sharon. But I agree with you, Ruud is a great guitarrist. I love it!

Nothing happened as far as I know, it's just sung in a lower key than the studio version.
