Just purchased! I wonder if the Gorilla glass is strong enough compared to Sapphire Crystal on the more expensive model.

I have the original ScanWatch and the only gripe I have is its curved glass, which reflects all the light very annoyingly. From your video it seems that the glass on the ScanWatch Light is flat, as in the ScanWatch Horizon? That would be awesome. I also watched some videos of the ScanWatch 2, and the glass seems to be still curved. If that is correct, it surprises me that Withings missed the chance to upgrade the glass on the redesign, because many customers complained about the curved glass reflections.

In Withings' videos and pictures, the digital display looks very nice, sharp and monochrome. However, on all the review videos so far, the digital font looks very bluish. Does this have to do with the recording/camera, or does the display also look like this in real life?

It's the cameras we are using. The display is sharp, but you can slightly see the pixelation of the edges if you stare at it long enough.

The charger is probably poorly optimised and can't handle other USB C cables higher maximum wattage output, and does not mean you need to use the included cable. Just that it severaly limits what cables are compatible. Which still sucks.

How do I get back to the notification settings if I want to change them later? And when you receive a notification is there a sound? Mine seems to make a grinding noise.

Not right now. I was hoping the ScanWatch Light would be good, but I couldn't even do my full review but I didn't like anything about it in the end.

I have the same problem over the Usb-c using a different device, so probably you can solve it the same: use a longer Usb-c to Usb-A cable to replace the short original cable or if you want use a Usb-c charger and add a little bit of length using the original cable or using another usb-c fo usb-a cable, add a Usb-A to Usb-c adapter.
