Yusei had a speed warrior retrain(i forgot its name)that tripled its atk with 600 base but real life card says it gains 1200 which makes it absolutely useless beater.i mean we could use the anime eff with shit like unstable evolution or something

Well yeah, if it was just "double" or "triple" your "current" attack then yeah that'd be broken. Even if they kept the double or triple they would have likely changed it to "attack becomes double its original" meaning that any extra boost would be useless.

Michael Newby the main problem is, some of the D/Ds restrict you to only summoning Dark Fiend type monsters when using their effects. So we need a Dark Fiend type Link monster with at least two (preferably three) Link markers.

I love how everyone is saying that Link Summoning is gonna slow down the format (which may be true) but we are still getting a bullshit mechanic that is gonna be faster then most mechanics. ok, D/D ghost is a great combo card with necro slime because you can get necro back to the graveyard to be used again next turn it is by no means a bad card, because if you already had a necro slime in the graveyard to begin when ghost is sent to the grave you can send another necro slime from your deck to the grave, so you have 3 guaranteed fusions and three turns for recovery all because of ghost.

TBH, one of my favorite combos is a three-card combo resulting in 16800 ATK with Swirl slime, Nighthowl, and Typhon (Yes, Typhon) Swirl Slime+Typhon into Little Genghis, Normal Nighthowl, revive Typhon with Nighthowl, Synch into Big Alex, Activate Little Genghis, reviving either Nighthowl or Typhon, then Big Alex's effect revives the other, synch into a SECOND Big Alex, then use Typhon's effect to banish it and Nighthowl to summon Big Genghis. 6000+6000+2800+2000=16800, enough to OTK a TAG duel If you have Lamia in your hand, you may proceed by banishing Swirl Slime to summon her, synch with little genghis for little alex, big genghis revives Lamia, into Crystal wing for at minimum, an extra thousand.
