Kira checking on Memphis is seriously the most adorable thing, made me well up! She really loves her sister! And the belly up attempt is such a good sign that she was feeling ok. Whenever Key has felt unwell he would never lay on his back, I can tell when he's feeling better because that belly would appear.

It's always so cute to see how concerned Kira gets when something isn't right with her Memphis, she sure loves you and Jamie, but she loves her Memphis even more. And Memphis giving out hugs after surgery and even being able to pee the same night, is phenomenal.

I am SO glad that Memphis is going to be ok. I must admit, when I heard that she had an ulcer, I was worried it was something serious, so I am really glad it is completely healed. I'm really glad that her leg is being fixed and she can now look forward to getting back to her old self. On a side note, it is really cute, the way Kira and Eleanor are excited for the return of Memphis and the way Kira is acting as her guardian and being so gentle is just so gorgeous. Kira was so consearned with her sister, it was heart warming... Eleanor on the other hand, didn't care as much not to tackle Memphis, just to get close tot dad to get some snuggles. appreciate him keeping Eleanor away from Memphis's treated leg. get well soon miss Memphis.

Sammy the Samoyed didn’t start walking on his repaired knee until the third physical therapy session. He got to walk on the water treadmill. Laser treatment, range of motion stretching, massage. Sling a beach towel under her belly to help her walk, taking the weight off the leg. Sammy goes to see the surgeon for his final post op exam. Tonight He walks with a slight limp. But that might be the arthritis in his hips

My grandparents owned their home town grocery store, my dad and aunts grew up with it, they sold it long before I was ever born, but as I kid and to this day I hear my dad and aunts talk about things, even getting things that were at the store. It may no longer be around but it is still part of the family, jus like your family's deli. It just amazes how gentle Kira was being, best sister. Glad everyone is doing okay.

So to clarify, as I have also said many times in the vlogs, these vlogs are all 4 - 7 days in the past. Otherwise we would never keep up. So yes, they are close to the date, but nothing is uploaded the same day it is filmed, as that is literally impossible to do. And some stuff isn't uploaded the next day either. We upload 4 days a week, and we try to make sure we are a few days ahead so we don't miss any uploads.

Seeing how concerned and devoted Kira and Eleanor are about Memphis is so compelling. It erases any doubt anyone could ever have about the depth of feelings other species experience. Kira’s gentle sniffing and probing Memphis made me well up and as well as Eleanor explored her sister’s condition while also taking advantage of the situation to get in some stolen cuddles from Daddy Jamie. Our husky Juno had both knees repaired (not at the same time) and she did amazingly well for many years. Recovery went really well, just took a long time for her fur to regrow.😕

Poor little Memphis! I tored my ligaments too and some other stuff in the knee and ended up with a broken knee cap so i know how painful it is but little one. You are strong and you got your sisters and mom and dad that will nurse you back til a better version ❤️
