Jen, Is it presumptuous of me to say I’m proud of you? I’ve been watching since the early days and you have come a long way…but always with grace and style. Happy adventures ❤️

Just a helpful hint: the socket will securely attach to the ratchet so you don't have that slipping problem. The two little ball springs on the ratchet snap into the holes on the inside of the socket.

When you put the seat down in the back instead of letting it come down so hard hold onto it and put it down. If you let it come down so hard it will wear it out faster.

Do you like it still? I'm about to buy the 2023 TRD Pro version, but I'm used to driving a Caddilac (I'm keeping my Caddy, just in case I don't like the 4runner as a daily driver.) How comfortable are the seats and suspension during the road trips? Thanks in advanced.

For me it’s a matter of keeping the truck stealth and feeling secure. Might not make much of a difference on a reality but it does in how I feel and that’s a priority for me solo road-tripping 🚙

I’m so excited for you with all of this and learning to do stuff yourself. Local overland and 4Runner groups (I know you may be hesitant) are great for helping with all kinds of stuff. I’m sure I’ve already mentioned that before but the off-road communities are amazing. Can’t wait to see what you do with your new rig and the adventures you have with it. You can also add a rooftop awning to pull out when parked and you want some shade to sit under. There are so many options and modifications!
@WithWonder2 жыл бұрын
Thanks! I’m excited too (obv 😆). I’ll have to look into these off road communities. I could use lots of help learning how to properly drive and handle this truck! 🚙

I can't help but think a class B or even a class C motorhome would be easier, roomier (especially if kids go on trips) and more comfy for camping and they have toilets, but I'm a few years older than you so my adventure's need extra comfort. Lol
