Zanthia Oliver Teams Up with First State Community Action Agency to Distribute Air Conditioners

Council Member Zanthia Oliver of Wilmington's Third District collaborated with the First State Community Action Agency to distribute portable air conditioners to seniors on Thursday, June 27, 2024, in Wilmington, Delaware. Council Member Oliver plans to organize another event on the east side of Wilmington in the near future.
