Another sidebar!! Something has to be done about this judge. In all my 75 years I have never seen anyone as biased as she is in my life. How can she remain in the court? Something needs to be done about her and the fact that she sits as a judge but is biased beyond belief!!

Breaking news! Tristan can't remember his own name, how to tell time, use a calendar or what planet he's currently on. But never ever forgets important things like scratching his itchy nose, his GF is high maintenance, look only directly in front of himself at all times or that he'll be next if he says the wrong thing. Other baffling facts are that Canton and Mass State Police can't be bothered to interview all possible witnesses in a murder investigation.

Why didn’t the defense ask the bf when he left did others remain at the Waterfall? Does he know what time the Waterfall closes? If he had made plans to plow by 3 AM did he make plans w/ his gf before he left that she was staying at her parents? Why didn’t she go to Easton with him if she didn’t want to get plowed in? It’s established the snow storm wasn’t a surprise. He could have gotten some answers. It’s clear something happened and she had to leave. It’s clear he was told not to give a timeline because there wasn’t a body on the lawn. A person that’s use to plowing isn’t observant enough to notice a body on a lawn before the snow got worse? This is crazy.

Yes the family is!! Why dig up the basement, get rid of the dog, sell the house, destroy their devices after they had an order not to) google hos long to freeze to death, ALL the evidence points to something happening in the house. He was found with no jacket, one shoe missing and never found., no broken bones, no fractures, no bruising, only injuries to John’s head and dog wounds on John’s arm.

Many many times she does it for speculation or blatant hearsay. It's honestly glaringly obvious to a lawyer, especially a trial lawyer. The other issue is that with hostile witnesses, one needs to ask questions in countless different ways to elicit a response. This can often seem like the witness is being badgered.

The judge tells the jurors not to look at the media but she's clearly read what people are saying about her because she used to say "Fine let's go hurry up" when defense asked for a sidebar...now she says ...in a high pitched voice "sure?" Or "okay?" Wanted to not sound obviously biased or even rude
