If you watch The Ultimate Dimash Guide part 1 he say he almost got to the RED belt in taekwondo. So he has a red and white striped belt in taekwondo. He had to stop because he got injured and that's not good because of his singing carrier. 👍 🇳🇴

I have a son and grandson and I've 'had' to listen to a fair amount of rap over the decades. Some awesome, some not so much. However. Rap in Kazakh is probably THE most wicked thing I've heard to date! I'm also gobsmacked once again with his attention to detail. Having the sound change when that guy dives into the pool, so quick and quite subtle was sheer genius. Great reaction once again.

Fantastic reaction to one of my favourites. Thank you! I heard that the rap lyrics were written by Dimash as a reply to a Kazakh girl he had been in love with in Kazakhstan, but he was working in China for a few years so they had to be apart. She heard and believed false rumours about him being with other girls in China (he wasn't) and she got upset with him and wanted to know what was going on, but refused to believe he wasn't seeing anyone. Then her parents decided they didn't want her to be with a singer/celebrity and forbade them from being together so they had to split up. I always thought the rap lyrics didn't exactly match the song. It seemed strange that the rest of the song was all about him trying to romance the woman of his dreams, and then the rap starts and the lyrics are angry and proud. I guess if those rumours were true then it's understandable. Next I think you'd enjoy reacting to Across Endless Dimensions (MV) which Dimash sang for the Italian Sci-Fi film Creators: The Past. Apparently they needed 3 people to sing the theme tune to send him as the demo, but of course, Dimash can sing it all. I particularly love the lyrics of that song, they are so deep, and the MV that goes with it is simply superb. Loving your Dimash reactions! Keep up the great work!!

This was Dimash paying homage to two of his idols, MJ and Jackie Chan. I believe he is currently working on the title track to Jackie Chans new upcoming film too, they are good friends now. He is also a big fan of Jackie Chan and has been a friend of his since 2017. 🎼❤ Dimash composed the song but I read somewhere he was also a big influence on the screenplay, and that some of it was about paying homage to MJ by riffing off of his You Rock My World video where the girl is controlled by the gang but he (MJ) wins her heart. He can't cook😄. I love this music video. And yes, he knows how to fight. He did Teakwondo for several years until he unfortunately had to choose between the sport and singing. But he swims a lot. Btw the rap is in Kazakh because it’s more difficult to rap in a language you don’t speak fluently. Do you know the movie The 5th Element with Bruce Willis, Milla Jovovich and Gary Oldman? In this movie there is a song written by Eric Serra for an alien opera singer and was not considered singable for a human voice. Parts of it were computer generated. There a some female singer who performed this song, but in my opinion not as precise as Dimash. And he is a male! Please react to the Diva Dance from his Bastau concert. He performed this song on his first solo concert in Kazakhstan called Bastau in 2017. It was after he finished The Singer competition in which he also performed The Diva Dance together with another awesome Italian song Confessa by the Italian singer Adriano Celentano. The Bastau version is short but in my opinion muuuuch better. He was much more relaxed there because it was his concert and no competition. What fascinates me the most is, that he sang this song in his concert where he had already been on stage for almost 2 hours. Just unbelievabel🤯. He worked so hard for this terrific concert. I was scared at first when I saw him. He was so terribly thin. You can react this song with another awesome version of Diva Dance together because it is really short (1.42 minutes). Some other reactors do. There are also more little vocal-surprises in this second video. It’s called Drunken Concubine and it is from the Shanghai Spring Festival Gala in China. He sings with Li Yugang, a great Chinese Opera singer who usually plays a female in classic Peking opera. He is a very famous singer in China. The two harmonize so well together. It’s really fantastic. I love it and I’m sure you will like it, too🥰.
