You did the old flip the top of the air cleaner upside down! My first car was a 1985 Monte Carlo SS and when I flipped the air cleaner upside down it seemed to make more horsepowers and you could hear the induction when the the secondaries opened up on that old Rochester Good times

@@kevinscreations4486 I was young and dumb when I had that car. I rode it hard and put it up wet. Really cut my teeth on mechanics with it. Rebuilt the 200 4R transmission in it, successfully…after I burned up 1st and second gear clutch packs. Ultimately I traded it in for a more reliable, economical car when I graduated high school and got into the apprenticeship program. Another major regret letting that car go. It was only 9 years old when I bought it, it was super clean. Maybe one day, I’ll get another one!
