Witnesses say an early morning dispute in a crowded parking lot led to a 38-year-old man being shot

An Indianapolis man is killed over the weekend in a shooting on Indy's near northwest side. Just before 3 a.m. Sunday morning, IMPD officers were called to the 3600 block of West 30th Street on the report of a person shot. The victim was found in the parking lot of the Village Liquor at the corner of 30th and Lafayette. 38-year-old Quincey Ross died after being rushed to the hospital.

You can be at your own house and catch a stray or forced entry. Karen can call the cops for no reason or you can be on the interstate and run into an aggressive driver. The responsibility falls back on the person who pulled that trigger. If Indiana didn’t have idiots with guns (including cops) we won’t be seeing stuff like this everyday

As a LEO for over 33 years I can tell you that criminals don't obey laws and many that I arrested never did have a license to carry a handgun in Indiana but they carried a handgun anyway.
