Every single one of these reaction videos tries to guess who its about and every single one misses the part where he says “I just want my grandfather back.” Ive cried to this song too many times. I lost my grandma to the disease. Nobody wins, its so brutal.

I actually thought this was about his mum... I saw in the comments about grandfather but that doesn't make sense when he says "You and dad split," so it can't be granddad, it has to be about his mum 🥺 I listened to this with my mum just yesterday, and dang I teared up! 😔

It is about his Grandad. he says "All the stories you told me about meeting Gram" As well as " I want my Grandfather back." His grandfather sadly passed away a few days/a week ago. Rest in peace
