Don’t worry, nobody’s gonna disrespect the chief. Speaking of whom, this is the second episode I saw from WITWICS season 2 that didn’t have a GILO (Greg In Lynne’s Office) segment.

Persumbably due to the longer clue sketches. In the last three seasons, the gumshoe interviews were eliminated to accommodate the long clue sketches and every episode will have a GILO.

@@jonacme Now that you mention it, that makes sense. (The announcer told us about all the gumshoes as a time saver.) By the way, there were also some episodes from season two with the same longer clue sketches, but the GILO segment, instead of being eliminated altogether, was just shortened by The Chief opening the smaller door on her office door saying, "Greg, there's no time to lose. Just tell the gumshoes that whichever one catches Carmen Sandiego will get a free trip to anywhere in North America." Everyone would cheer. Chief: "Now I've just received a phone tap from Acme Bug Net. It contains important clues, so gumshoes, you should watch and listen carefully." Phone tap starts, and so forth. However, in the S2 episodes like this one, I wonder when the gumshoes are actually informed about the deal for catching Carmen.🤷‍♂
