The first time I heard the name Erica was when I started the first grade, some girl in my class. I had a previous friend named Eric from preschool (I skipped kindergarten), so it had a nice ring as a girl form of the name. Later on in that 1990 film "The Witches" the kid's grandmother tells him a story of a girl by that name, and then, because I watched and recorded this show, there's this episode I hear it from, and last, Dylan's possible half-sister on 90210. I like the name a lot and try everything possible to keep it special in my mind and ears.

From the "Kentucky Derby", it's actually NOT the oldest horse derby race in the USA. The oldest horse derby race in the country is actually up in SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY.
