Typically a landing page does not have a header and Footer but rather a call to action button somewhere on the page.

@@Wix Thank you. I did not see any information there about whether the design and theme colors should be the same as your homepage. Can I ask how you'd handle that for a service? I provide a traveling notary service and wonder if the colors and style should be consistent throughout my pages. Is there any advantage to that or should landing pages be completely unique, possibly showing a photo of the local area?

This is up to you, typically consistency and your brand image should be kept in mind but it also depends on your business and what you are trying to convey.
