Just tried the step at 11:37 to change the about section. I then proceeded to delete the old about section. However when I now check the menu button, it does not work. I’ve tried messing around with the anchors but nothing seems to work!

HI , this is a very informative tutorial, thanks very much. I have a question: My client has a restaurant . She wants me to insert an image between text. Right now she has a list of burgers with ingredients but no image. Is there a way to insert an image of a burger between the title of the burger and the ingredients? I have tried but the image wont stay . Thanks

Depending on what template you're using you may or may not be about to. A few options exist: split into three sections and insert an image in the middle or you can switch to Wix Studio which allows you complete editing authority and you can insert images anywhere without the constraints of a template. Hope that helps!

As informative as you are, building a website is not easy. I've reached my limit in the Wix editor. From here, I will need to hire someone to make it look as good as yours or to be user friendly on all devices. As it is now, elements jump on their own/won't stay put. Also, it looks wildly different in different views and devices. And I can only guess as to how big or small my text should be; I really don't know. Yours is not the only video I've seen and my hands are tied, it just isn't happening on my own accord.

@@DÉxito-f8b I moved on to Pub Site. Although it too is not a walk in the park, it is much much easier than Wix. My website is now published on their platform. Wix is not at all user friendly for the beginner or for the techy challenged, too many nuances. No jumping elements in Pub Site and their staff were on hand to walk me through it, every step of the way, down to working with my domain host and then hitting the publish button.

Try using the link above in the video description to get started. Anyone can design a website for free and you can use a Wix domain for free as well. You only pay for a domain name if you want a custom one. If you are prompted for that step, just click "skip".
