i'm so glad i was too dumb as a kid to get to the bosses in this game, i'd be traumatized for life. also i can't believe how good this game is and the complexity of the mechanics... as a game developer, i can't believe those guys did such a complex game with complex collision detection, decentralized axis rotation, sync with a lot of parts moving at the same time along with such a beautiful art style for such an old and limited console. 10/10 game developers these days got everything to the point that almost no code is needed and still games like cyberpunk exists...

Dude, this reminds me of a brick breaker game I played as a kid, it had bosses too and they were kinda similar in design. I'm gonna have to play this with my sister some day. Also, the songs ARE AMAZING!! This game has aged very poorly. To say that this is a "Light-hearted children's game" is a serious understatement. These bosses are not funny-looking, they are terrifying. And will give anyone nightmares for months. I screamed when I saw the Jack-o-lantern. OMFG.

I came here because I was feeling nostalgic and I started playing this game online. I think that, when I was a child, I never reached any boss of this game and that is why I didnt remember it have bosses. Im glad that, as a child, I didnt reach any boss level hahaha I mean, the game was the cutest, and I still love it so much for the cuteness and aesthethics. But that bosses would scare the sh*t out of me as a kid hahahahaha
