I think it will be very broken here's why: wizard's only flaw is his hp, the card probably has more dps than most in the game. If you can't kill it with spells and it's tanked for by something like a giant, it might be even better than lp even at 5 elixir. edit: bro it's sinking in rn: what other support cards survives EVERY spell? This might be the end boys.

I feel like its kinda underwhelming, in my opinion they should add a slow down affect as well when the shield breaks, or instead make it a 2 cycle and make it where if the shield breaks it can regenerate after a few seconds, wizard is good but just that he has no heath and any medium spell counters him to easily

I think he will be broken, simply because all other evos are getting nerfed before the next season. And he is up to the standard of a normal evo, if not in the higher end. Not being able to spell him down is also quite powerful. You basically have to run something like bowler, tornado or pekka to kill him without spending too much elixir.
