Awful Witch. Not wicked at all. She just has a weird voice/accent. Nothing Evil about her. It's like she isn't even trying.

@@MaskedMan66 You cannot act evil. Evil is a state of being. You can only act action. If the action performed is evil, then you get evil. But any actor trying to act sad, happy, evil, angry...that's not how skilled actors work. And I've seen the movie hundreds of times thanks. The reason Hamilton's performance is so effective is because she does exactly as I describe.
