Rain of fire needs a serious dmg buff there is no reason it should do less damage than fire dragon for 2 more pips. And is also arguably less useable.

You play the game wrong , it's used for breaking shield because thé overturn damage is veeeeery massive way more than dragon

@@akrammeziane9979up front damage is way more valuable than DOT. You’d be better off using a shield removing TC and then hitting with a useful spell than using ROF. Especially if you’re in a team.
