Can someone recommend me like, a guide for balance wizards in a dungeon for a 4 man group. (death, balance, myth, and storm) What card should I that would help my team out the most?

Depends where the team is at in the game, typically balance in a group is best used for just blading the storm though, elemental blade, blade storm, gobblerball pet blades, and towards the end game you can start getting your jade/healing gear and working on crafting pigsie

160 gear is still worth for certain schools, watch "Wizard101: *NEW* Best Supreme Storm Builds! (Level 170)" by liahm from a month ago, you'll still run multiple aeon pieces. 170 athame, ring, amulet and deck are availible right now. Hat, robes and boots will drop in 2-3 weeks.
