Taunt is so useless here, unless they plan on changing its functionality

they did change how taunt AND pacify works. taunt now makes eneimes target YOU and not anybody else(e.g. in a pve duel you can take the focus away from the hitter and onto you, the ice tank) pacify (the life spell) gets rid of the taunt on you, so enemies cannot attack you. It's not that bad.

@@blazethepetguy3618 This isn't news - we all know this. But look: one school gets BOTH lowest damage/useless utility while its compared to high(est) damage/great utility schools. Double whammy that just punishes players of a hated school; that many of you and KI don't seem to realize. ​ @D'Adriana Cooper This is a self-taunt. If the rules apply to how taunts usually works, this just raises the threat on a Player (which is either useless, or a downside). BUT, more importantly, PVE (where taunts only work) is so simple and easy as is; who cares. It's completely irrelevant in PVP, meaning that this spell really just has low damage and nothing else.

@@calkestis4947 dude, you must be lost. This is a strategy game and not all spells work for all situations. The utility and hit makes it a good tank spell. Pair it with a good wiz and good gear/pet abilities etc and you're golden. Stop tryna blame it on KI for why you don't understand how to play the game.

This spell would be used in a team set up or solo. It's a solid hit. They changed taunt and pacify. So now if you taunt, they can only target you and if you pacify, they can target you. This would give time for others to safely set up while they can only target the tank.

@@Gallaer_ the problem, in my opinion, is that ice wizards, even if they have a lot of resist, not all of them want to be the tankers in a team, usually life, death or balance (the jade version of them) are, because they can heal, blade you etc. And this utility is not good in pvp (not a good player to know all the strategies that you could do with TAUNT), but the point is, KI needs to rethink the utilities of these new spells, to be used more. Yeah, you can upgrade all 7 spells, but some of them will be upgraded just for the damage. I must confess, when I saw for the first time this card, I thought that will do some damage and stun and when I heard that you could upgrade it, I was like...woaa, you could stun your enemy for 3 rounds (better than Medusa). Anyway, that's my opinion, but thank you again for your info.
