I had 0 idea that he was doing something like that. Hopefully KI handles this in the proper way and doesn't punish these people. I spent $30 of my OWN, hard-earned money and this guy was basically illegally using thousands of dollars worth of product from a company. If we did the right thing, it shouldn't fall on us when the guy selling the product was doing it using dirty-money.

My only guesses is either 1. These codes were meant for devs to use when testing new crowns shop items or packs or 2. I think using it a couple of times to have a lot of crowns on ur own account is ok, bc its the job of game designers to prevent stuff like this from happening, so using the code once or twice to gain some crowns.. no big deal.. don't punish the consumers.. where the line gets drawn is when the person used the codes to gain real life money and used the crowns to gain in game items that could be turned into real life currency. That is breaking tos and should be punished all the time

I think if wiz added a better trading system in game many issues of this kind would be able to be monitored and prevented. In world of Warcraft for example, blizzard actually sells gold and in game mats basically lol, and that cornered the market for gold farmers that were selling gold against TOS. Granted gold selling and selling gear and other things in wow is still around but now it’s much more contained and people can readily buy gold from blizzard without repercussions

My brother's account also got banned for having the same IP as me. Contacted Kingsisle and was told the account I traded with was a hacked account and there was nothing they could do to unban me despite it not being my fault, let alone my brother's account. I have tried multiple appeals explaining how it was not my fault and it was literally under $10 worth of trades that I could simply buy and have them take the crowns for the items involved in the trade.
