Wizard101: The Top 5 MOST ANNOYING Dungeons!

You forgot the labyrinth, worst dungeon in the game. You need to do like 5 or 6 desperate boss fights, defeat and collect a few times, walk around for so long, and then you need to do it all over again for your lvl 48 spell quest depending on your school. If you're like me, you need to do it a THIRD time because you forgot to get the stone rose. Pain.

You shouldn't need to do it a third time for the stone rose. Unless they changed it, once you've completed the dungeon once you can immediately open the gate to the part of the map with the rose in it (but you do have to refight the first boss of Labyrinth to part the lava).

@@BlueSparxLPs You need to go in and fight at least 4 of the bosses and do 1 defeat and collect quest to get the gate open

I actually want to see more dungeons like Shirataki Temple. Maybe with more interesting quest variety, but I do prefer those dungeons that have an actual mini-questline to them instead of just being a gauntlet. It's not really something we get anymore.

5 - Yeah I can understand why it's annoying. Not the worst, but can be annoying 4 - Surprised it's not at number 1, but at least it's on the list 3 - I guess it's just me, but I don't find Big Ben annoying. Can understand why it's number 3 2 - Really only the Spirit of Darkmoor fight is annoying. The first boss is easy, and Shane isn't that bad. 1 - Only thing about this is that it's long. I'd say there are more annoying dungeons than it

I was carried through Big Ben on both of my wizards, so it has never irritated me.

ok I wanted to wait to watch the whole video before I said I disagree. But I watched it and I still disagree xD 1. The Great Beast, I love this dungeon every time I do it because the idea of riding a giant creature across the Starfall Sea is so cool to me lol. But I'm also biased bc I LOVE Khrysalis. 4. The Galleries should be higher in the list. I hate this dungeon so much. I also tried to solo it so I'm a bit biased xD My poor storm got nuked but my death could solo it, it just took FOREVER. 3. Big Ben I agree on, but I wouldn't say it's this bad. It's annoyingly long but my main issue is its mind-numbingly boring to farm (for my school symbol gear collection) There's no strategy just tempest lol. However, most people only run it once and it's really not that bad, maybe 30 minutes? 2. Upper Halls I could not disagree on more. I farmed this for the von Shane amulet too lol. There's a glitch where you can skip most of the fights, and KI knows about it and doesn't care if people do it. The graveyard is infinitely worse. The key is that the graveyard is okay with a GOOD TEAM. there are not many of those. Graveyard runs normally took me anywhere from and hour and a half minimum to 3 hours. Yes, I had a run that took three hours, and yes it was as horrible as it sounds. I remember BEGGING friends to do graveyard with me so I wouldn't have to team up again. All my friends hate it though so they'd say no lol. On my death I gave up and chose to run Rattlebones exalted 19 times. Yes, that was also as painful as it sounds. On my storm, I ran Graveyard a total of 57 times. I would take Upper Halls any day. 1. Shirataki temple I agree that it's here but I disagree on the placement. I'm surprised that Atlantea, Tartarus, The Labyrinth, and Lower Zigazag weren't mentioned. My list would be: 5. Shirataki Temple 4. The Labyrinth (Dragonspyre, that long dungeon with the stone rose at the end but you always forget the stone rose and have to do the dungeon twice on every. single. character. I know.) 3. Tartarus 2. The Galleries 1. Graveyard sorry for the essay of a comment lmfao

And yeah shorataki temple was a pain I waited so long to do it because no one ever wanted to help in the team up thing so I soloed it but then when I had to do it again to unlock triton then people wanted to help

Dungeons need more variety, more mini games, better puzzles, and different fight mechanics in general, dungeons are just areas you have to finish all at one time and I find every dungeon annoying.

I have 2 lists: difficulty of concept and difficulty of reality Concept: (how hard it’s supposed to be) 1. Gobblerton. Awful. 2. Catacombs. Why 3. Sky Anchor. Why is it timed ;-; 4. Sands of Time. More like sans of time. (Not to be confused with final boss) 5. Bundozer. Even with a team is was annoying -1. Lemuria’s Under-Telos’ Final Fight (avoiding spoilers sorry). Honestly a joke. Why does this exist. I did it in 1 round. Reality: (how hard it is to actually go thru with a team) 1. Atlantis + Tartarus 2. Deepwater Avalon 3. Kensignton Park 4. Catacombs 5. Literally every sigil in dragonspyre and celestia.

Ah the Great Beast.....the only area of Khrysalis I hate so much even if this world is my top favorite world. The two battles are fine and the music and background is decent as we sail through the Malestorm of the Star Fall Sea. But....the last fight is just a horror. The Deep Spawn is truly a force to be feared. They are the only few enemies in the game that was traumatic to tango with. As a Storm especially, they gave me PTSD when I first went against them for the very first time and I remembered I was alone so they massacred me. Dying as the heavy rain, lightning, thunder, and winds are blowing against us.

For the first one, I totally agree. The quest and plot is cool, but it's overshadowed by the fact that your wizard has to participate in a whole cardio workout 💀

I think the Black Palace in Zafaria was also annoying since you couldn’t use a mount and its a lot of walking with mobs in the middle of the road

i like this list, cuz i dislike annoying dungeons (not necessarily difficult dungeons) here's my own ranking: 10. big ben (imo it's not that boring, hence the low rank) 9. the great spyre (ironically, too easy rather than too hard, but hear me: it's dumb how u can skip most of the fights, and how malistaire is so easy, isn't it the finale of the entire arc) 8. central keep (if you still have ww gear, which is 98% likely, this will suck) 7. xibalba (idk, it just... saddens me, that's all) 6. exalted rattlebones (you guys know the deal here) 5. tartarus (the tedium and length in exchange for the terrible drop rates at hades is exactly why everybody leaves after cronus) 4. the great beast (the boss fight relies super heavily on rng in the form of powering through their sirens / storm dragon or not getting enfeebled) 3. the galleries (so illogical how morganthe is far easier than this) 2. the lower catacombs (useless, yet annoying af, bosses; dont do teamup) 1. the labyrinth (others have already explained for me) other 1. halls and graveyard (i mean, iykyk) bonuses: king gobbsmack, black palace in waterfront, king detritus (cuz you go to him literally like 300 times)

I started Big Ben solo. Got cooked in the first fight and left…. I didn’t know that was gonna be the first of like 13 fights or something!

Ok heres the thing ive been playing since 2009 and back in the day big ben used to be a pain but now its not that bad especially when you team up and have help from a max wizard it takes 30 minutes max to complete at that point. If we are going by the longest arc 1 dungeons id have to say the labyrinth is the longest even with a max level. As for arc 2 dungeons id say mirror lake, ghost avalon,xibalba, and every khrysalis dungeon. Arc 3 sky anchor, the last part of mirage and all of emperya that world sucked in general

I really liked the great beast, probably because i was getting tired of khrysalis by that point and it was a nice change of scenery. Then again, i had my cousin with me, so there wasn’t as much running back and forth.
