I’m trying to reach out to customer service, but nobody responds for 51 day, although it’s stated that you will respond within 30 days. The flight is in a week and I can’t change the mistake that was made when the site was off due to overload. Please respond, I will miss my flight because of your terrible customer service.

Dear sirs, I've made a mistaken bank transfer on august the 15th (I've failed to insert the code on the description), after an expensive call to your call center I've gone trough the indicated EU ODR procedure (2022/DT118614). I'm still waiting to have MY money back. How long shall I wait? Thanks
