they canceled the flight back in September last year, Bove-Gdansk, promised to return the expenses for travel, food, hotel, sent them all the checks, they are still considering the case and returning the funds, looking for various excuses. I do not recommend 😡😡🤬😡😡😡🤬

Dear sirs, I've made a mistaken bank transfer on august the 15th (I've failed to insert the code on the description), after an expensive call to your call center I've gone trough the indicated EU ODR procedure (2022/DT118614). I'm still waiting to have MY money back. How long shall I wait? Thanks
