Because of the judge being biased, i dont think karen is getting a fair trial!.. This judge needs to be admonished for blatantly supressing the defense in presenting their case!. Ive never seen anything like this before. Why is she allowing the attys to object without stating their reason?..the state objects and she sustains it without knowing the reason for the objection!.. Unbelievable..😮

The husband and wife that were called are a perfect example of how you should act and interact during a trial. Not like the Albert’s, McCabes, Proctor, and any other people related to them have acted. You see the stark differences in who is trying way to hard to tell their “story” which in my experience shows difficulty in keeping facts straight as well as really being dishonest. Everyone that really knows John and Karen know that they had their ups and downs but they also loved each other just as hard and sometimes we get to a place where we question our futures tog there because we don’t value ourselves and don’t feel like we deserve happiness. Hence the angry texts. Which I have sent texts exactly identical to hers and then some during periods of anger, frustration, not feeling valued enough or got into my own head. But people that know them also see the side of them that is loving and happy. We all have struggles and sending angry texts does not make someone a killer or prove they intended to do any harm to anyone.

I’ve been saying this all along. The FBI is investigating the McCabe Thin Blue Line gang for something else and may have even had inside information or even an undercover agent who stumbled upon incriminating evidence which put them in a bind. They couldn’t blow their cover but they DID pay for expert witnesses for Karen! This won’t come to fruition for three weeks into this trial after this particular day (I’m re-watching).

I wonder if that other man who was after Karen was jealous and punched him, in the basement, then set the dog on him. He was out cold & badly hurt and they carried him outside and dumped him in the snow by the road and then everyone collaborated to get their stories straight including trying to blame Karen?? Just a guess.

It just amazes me how much Karen shared with a total stranger about John and how proud she was of him, but wished his family would spend a little bit more time helping out with the kids. For Karen not knowing her it’s just a little bit planned as far as conversation goes on the same evening John passed away.

I’m glad SOMEBODY said it!!! I have a drink or two almost every night, and these people seem like they’re partying pretty hard for grown adults with children…..not to mention, I haven’t heard ONE person during this trial reference calling a cab or ride share- so not only a community of drunks; but a community of DRUNK DRIVERS!!!! Irresponsible and gross. And this is what happens!!!!

Police officers are well known to be our worst citizens: fact. They have higher rates of divorce, they have documented cases of domestic abuse higher than ANY other occupational group (how many aren’t documented?), they are also the highest occupational group to have documented alcohol and prescription drug issues (how many aren’t documented), they generally think they are privelaged to break laws, they have a them against us mentality (Thin Blue Line), they cover for their own (but not John- he evidently stood up for something), they are less educated than many groups and favor immature machismo bs over intelligence. Not the type of people one can trust, definitely.

Finally, someone speaks truthfully. This lady has nothing to lose by being honest. I don't know what happened that night, but I doubt they have yet to find the truth. I believe the dog was involved in some way. I don't know how else some of his injuries can be explained.

The prosecution is not bringing any evidence to this trial but just reiterating who was at the bar. Get to the evidence and stop wasting everyone’s time. I believe that there was a fight which involved Brian Albert, Brian Higgins and the dog. Possibly Collin since he had a black eye. Karen had no involvement.

Oh my goodness... When the attorney witness was asked about Karen praising John a lot that night, prosecution objected and bev agreed to not let that in, although fortunately the jury still got to hear it...... This judge has tried to tie both hands behind the defense in so many aspects during this trial, I hope the jury sees that and I also hope that this judge faces some kind of consequences for her outrageous biased behavior!!!

I hope the defense attorneys see my comment. I would focus on the fact that everyone knew that John didn’t like shoes worn in his home. They all knew to take their shoes off at John’s house before entering. Jenn and Karrie both said it. The fact they only found 1 of John’s shoes on him points to the fact that he went in the house. He would have took his shoes off at the door. I think he went to leave and put his shoes on and was attacked and only got one shoe on .

I’m about to make what will appear to be a controversial statement. I feel bad for Lally. Here’s a guy who does not make the decision regarding what cases he prosecutes…his boss, the DA does…he merely does as he is told and since he has a wife and kids to support and a mortgage to pay he does what he is told….all he can do when trying a case he does not believe in is to present himself as some lethargic, apathetic individual who has no passion for the case in order to send inferential or subliminal statements to the jury about his true feelings about the case while at the same time avoid getting fired. He’s probably trying the case alone to shield others in the DA’s office from the untenable position he is in.

From a person who lives in the area. My offense is the cheering crowd that is evolved in a disturbing way ! The MEDIA attention focused on the living . An officer is deceased. His family and loved ones take the back seat to a girlfriend who has a disturbing presence in this case. RIP officer prayers that this trial focused .

I think that’s proof enough Karen didn’t hit him. John did not wear shoes in his house. Karrie and Jenn both testified. I think he took of his shoes to enter the Albert’s home and was there and at some point and went to leave and while putting his shoes on something went down and that’s why he is only found in one shoe.
