Omg crazy how this Murphy Village was showing on The Show My Big Fat American Gypsy Wedding. It was on Season 1 , Episode 3 i believe Some young 18 year old girl had a baby and married an Irish Traveler Boy from this same Village . His family was loaded with money ( i hope that wasn't the only reason she married and had a baby with him ) Because if his family was one of the scamming families on the list , I'd hate to see what happens to her and her child

I'm really curious about Gypsy culture and would love to learn as much as possible I just don't know where to start. I don't want to believe most of what I read online because people aren't always very honest. I did happen to see a show my sister is watching cold My Big Fat American Gypsy Wedding and the boy was from Murphy's Village and he was marrying a non traveler that he already has a baby with. They say all Gypsies and Travellers have these big huge extravagant weddings can I was just curious as to how do they have so much money? It seems like every single family is able to afford these crazy over-the-top weddings. I'm Irish, where do I sign up? I don't even care about the money I just love the family and community closeness.
