Delicious cheesecake with a tasty crumbly cocoa base and crumble. It is best the day after baking. Be sure to try this proven, reliable recipe for one of the most popular Christmas cakes.

🟡 FAST COCOA CAKE:
• 350 g of krupczatka wheat flour, cake flour, type 450 (2 cups and 1/3)
• 45 g cocoa (3 tablespoons)
• 220 g of butter
• 150 g of powdered sugar (1 cup)
• 3 egg yolks
• 10 g baking powder (2 teaspoons)
• vanilla, vanilla sugar
• pinch of salt
👉Rectangular mold: 17 cm x 27 cm and 5 cm high.)
👉Round cake tin: 24 cm
👉Bake at 170°C - 15 minutes
On the middle shelf of the oven
🟡 CHEESE MASS:
• 1 kg of ground cottage cheese
• 6 eggs
• 120 g of soft butter
• 160 g of fine sugar (2/3 cup)
• 40 g of potato flour (3.7 tablespoons)
• pinch of salt
• grated zest of 1 lemon
👉All ingredients at room temperature
👉Bake at 160°C for approx. 60 minutes, top-bottom, on the lower shelf of the oven.
👉Leave it for 15 minutes, then turn the oven off and leave it until it cools down.
I recommend using a kitchen scale
