What starts as a generic group of coworkers having a bizarre conversation is recontextualized at the very end into a specific group of people for the real joke: that this bizarre conversation might actually be normal for people who have as little to do at their jobs as those who work at the offices of a popcorn (Pop-Tart, originally) factory.

Dan is working, Zach only came by to tell them to keep it down, and the other scenes except the last is them outside of work, and Dan is working the last scene. also, i fail to see the association between being employed a popcorn factory and having nothing to do. I think that's all in your head. furthermore, even if all is this were implied, which it isn't, this wouldn't "totally" recontextualize the scene, just sugesting this is what people who don't have much to do at their jobs might do at work. a total reconextaulization of the scene, for example, would be at the end if Dan and Zach both admitted to each other afterards that they actually wanted this, but don't want to seem gay, or in another case, they admitted it to Trevor and then Trevor said, I knew you guys were gay, get out I don't employ fags. all these would just be a partial recontextalization compared to say, Trevor waking up and it being revealed the scene was just a dream. you could triple down, but i don't think you're up to being a keyboard intellectual who pointlessly overanalyzes shit, since you're so bad at it.

The punchline wouldn't land as hard if this were an office for a job considered more demanding, like tech support or medical research. I already explained the recontextualization present in the skit. You listing other ways it could've been recontextualized doesn't make a difference.

Trevor at the end yells at the workers about they have a deadline to create more popcorn flavors. How much work they have to do has nothing to do with the joke, yet your clearly dead-fucking wrong based on what we actually see in the skit. The "punchline" comes before the product is actually revealed, the punchline being that Trevor got so mad he fired Zach and Dan. The rest is an epilogue, meaning it doesn't make sense to say that revelation changes the way the punchline "lands," which is specifically the effect immediately made once the punchline is delivered, not the effect after the recontextualization. If you're Calling the revelation the punchline, that doesn't make sense because the bit isn't building up to that point unlike Trevor firing Dan and Zach. Furthermore, how would the punchline not land as hard? The punchline relates to Trevor's quick change in demeanor and the absurdity of firing employees because they didn't agree with him, which doesn't relate how much they work. I already explained how you missed key details proving you made a wrong assumption, how even if this assumption were true, it wouldn't be a "total" recontextualization since it doesn't fundamentally change the meaning of the events compared to examples of what would be total recontextualizations. Are you actually considering point by point how you be wrong? I write as much as I do because the reasons why what you're saying is wrong are fairly subtle. I think there's a good chance you're going to make a response not taking into account everything I said.
