Thats an impressive rub and clean looking buggy. Would you recommend one of these over something a little more expensive? cheers

For the money its a great buggy. But stock it is a little on the slow side. So if you are not into replacing motor and electronics, I would recommend wltoys 124017 instead. Its marginal smaller, but much faster. If speed isnt an issue, this is great. If you want a level up I would recommend Arrma Typhon 3S. A machine to drive, but its 2-3 times the price 😊

@@LOLRC Im fine with replacing motors, just finished a 3930kv 10T brushless, 3s 80amp on my 14401 and its insane. Iv heard these are really heavy and sluggish due to the weight? but brushless should be no problem?

@@k1ortiasounds like a fun build! cool, well then its a great platform for brushless! I have had no issues with mine and I have made it a 6s speedrun car. Vid coming soon😉

@LOLRC3 жыл бұрын
That sounds good like a good pick and you will get higher top speed as well 👍the 9 kg servo is not the faste though.. 😏

Whats the run times like, driving just casually? and whats the biggest battery that can be fitted? cheers
@LOLRC3 жыл бұрын
Stock run time is about 15-20minutes+, depending on driving style. Its rated for max 2S batteries, and max size for stock battery tray is: 10cm lenght x 3,5cm with. 👍

Thats badass. Ive been lookin for brushless upgrade. What about remote
@LOLRC3 жыл бұрын
Yeah, you need a new radio (remote) and receiver as well as motor and esc 👍

For sure. I have a couple builds like 4x4 rustler an 2wd rustler for the street but i didnt have to do new remote an reciever. What would u suggest for remote an reciever for the wltoys? An thanks for ur time

I clocked mine at 50mph and it still had room to go. I just couldn't drive the car AND the rc car together any faster safely. Lol. This thing is a TRACK MONSTER, corners as well as she accelerates, and I feel sorry for my opponents when covid ends. I wonder if wltoys would sponsor me to ROAR nationals....lol
@LOLRC3 жыл бұрын
hehe you could give them a call ;) Btw, got mine to 112 mph now.. that is almost to fast!

@LOLRC3 жыл бұрын
The screws on the motormount/motor were very hard, you need to heat them up when removing them! Except from that it went smooth 😊
