WM Curotto in the Condos of Delaware

I went over here around 7 am and saw all the cans already in. I was shocked because it’s a big development and I couldn’t imagine how both trucks could have come so early residents already had taken their carts in. On top of that it’s a beach community type place so I doubted residents would want trucks coming through at 4 am. I kept biking and a few minutes later saw another road with both streams full. Ended up finding both trash and recycle-didn’t film trash. Weird system how they rolls the barrels back up the driveway. Trash is twice a week and recycle is once every two weeks.
