That's a genuine WM truck, some trucks used to have tag axles, they just gave this truck a new paint job it is not ex ad im certain due to its specs, all of advanced other work are in other areas including orange county. They are trying to keep this truck around as waste isn't big on giving their older equipment new paint jobs
