16:00 is there any other way to do this question as vectors is not taught in P1

Too late now, but if you go at 16:00 and look at the diagram made, we can assume that because it bisects perfectly from the middle, the y c-ordinate for S will be -5 (as the y co-ordinate for Q from the origin is 5). Because now we know that the line l2 passes through R and S, we can use the equation for l2 (y = 3/4x - 6) and substitute y as -5 to solve for x

how did u assume the position of S to be below R, why couldn't it be above the point R then it will a have a positive y coordinate instead ?

Normally a polygon is named with letters in alphabetical order. so PQRS would form the parallelogram as I drew and is also shown in the mark scheme. some students however may have drawn the parallelogram PQSR in which the S would be above R as you mentioned and although it is more fitting for the letters to be in alphabetical order, the mark scheme has allowed for that scenario as a special case in which case the coordinates of S would be (44/3, 5)

Because the opposite sides of the parralelogram are parralel and equal in length

you got it wrong. -20/3 is not 6 times 2/3. so in the end your coordinates got wrong as well. You first wrote them correctly then changed to one 1 times 2/3
