That's John Lyon is the narrator of this sales presentation video. He was a staff announcer and weekend deejay at WMAL from 1968-90.

My dad and I happened to meet Trumbull & Core, Ed Walker, and Ken Beatrice at a promo event at Montgomery Mall in the mid 1980s.

@@johnnydollar666 interesting…I can’t imagine my mom driving me from Burke, Va to Montgomery Mall, but it’s possible. I think it was a NOVA mall.

'Fraid so! I recognize that intersection, made easier by the big sign! He's standing in the median of northbound Wisconsin Avenue at Old Georgetown Road, with the Pumphrey Funeral Home in the right rear.

Brings back some awesome memories from the past! Do you happen to have any of the Q107 remarkable mouth commercials in your collection?

You know, I don't think I do have any copies of that package. It was one of the most highly visible things we ever did. I'm blanking on the name of the woman who did them. (My brain is on a two-day delay.) She went through a lot of trouble in subsequent years but is now doing fine.

Her name just came to me: Chris DeLisle.

Thanks for letting me know. Yes, Chris did a few for Q107, but also some for WABC in NYC and KFOG in SF. I don't think that any were more famous than her Q107 ads. I have one of them up on my channel, but I know there were several spots filmed.
