I would have to say, being a driver myself, the biggest challenge for the Bus Operator's in D.C. right now is trying not to get ahead of schedule towards their Running Points due to the low flow if traffic on those streets at this point.

Few operators I know have the same problem of running hot since it not busy or much traffic.

Right now they are training on them so they should enter service sometime this month hopefully
