Enjoyed the video. I attempted this walk myself but only made it as far as prospect Village before making a wrong turn and got lost. It's not well signposted in areas and it's my own fault as I didn't have a map. I will attempt the trail again soon.

Hi Shaun, I struggled in parts, I made my own map on Google maps which there's a link to in the description. It mostly followed Heart of England Way and then a little bit on its own then follows Beacon Way to Chasewater. I took a few wrong turns where I did not spot a sign.

I realized after commenting that I had not added the link. If you full screen the map on your mobile when out on the trail it might help. Please note it's only acuratish. Lol

Cheers webby Looking forward to viewing the other videos on your channel. Many of them I've walked myself including the heart of england way and many of the canal walks. Have you walked the timberland trail yet? It's a lovely walk around the villages of great wyrley, Pelsall and rushall. The cross Britain way is also a fantastic walk. I completed it in 2020. I live in great wyrley and have been hiking many years now. Mostly on the black mountains/brecon beacons, shropshire hills and the offas dyke path. Glad I found your channel and if you ever need any help or advice just give me a shout .

@@titanbengal Thank you, will do. I did see signs for the Timberland Trail near Pelsall on the McClean Way, is that the one? If it's a small local trail I might start it soon once I've done Beacon Way.

@@WebbysWalks yes thats the one. Its a circular walk that starts and ends in great wyrley. It's approximately 10 miles. A lovely walk through the countryside and I guarantee you will see many red deer along the way.
