Kertoo paljon enemmän palautteen antajasta kuin artistista. Jos et tykkää niin älä kuuntele ja seuraa. Pakkoko omaa pahaa oloa on toiselle oksentaa. Jokaiselle löytyy omaan makuun sopivaa viihdettä. @What do they get in return? Well, he is touring through Finland, having greater concerts and audiences than ever before - earning a lot of money for sure. Since ESC he received so much love and cheers from all around the world ... I can't even believe that some stupid hater comments touch him at all. Seems totally unreasonable, provided that they are less than 0.1% of all feedback he gets. The only critical thing I see is if he can continue to deliver this amazing quality, but with Ruoska - at least for me - he has more than proven, that he can. I think maybe I am fortunate to not be able to understand Finnish because it seems the text that was thrown onto the screen is hateful. Käärijä's Eurovision friends, Lord of the Lost, also get too many hateful comments; enough to the point that they even made a song about it. They will perform near me this year and half or more of the comments on the tour announcements are just hate. As I don't speak Finnish, I wasn't able to understand the entire message of the video or the song, but from what I managed to get through the comments (including, if someone could translate them, I would be VERY grateful), it is a very pertinent message for these times, a very strong one. Unfortunately, I don't see the situation changing anytime soon, as it's very easy for people to say something stupid behind a screen knowing they won't face any consequences (like a good punch rght in their faces 🥰). I'm sure none of these people would say the same thing face to face. I'm so glad none of this stopped you two from moving forward and creating wonderful music like this. I didn’t know Erika’s work, but now I’m deeply interested, and it will definitely play on my playlist for a long time. And I definitely don't want to go back to the past, relive a pointless argument, be bitter here, or, even worse, reopen any old injuries... but I remember the time of the Eurovision final. A lot of people accusing ALL of Loreen's critics of being haters, when Käärijä was the one I saw most being mocked, mistreated, devalued and even body-shamed all over the internet. Don't get me wrong, I like her and her songs too, but some of her fans I just can't stand. It's very strange that one side can't even say they didn't like it that much as not to be seen as somehow "misogynistic" while the other has a kinda free pass to degrade even his fans (I felt personally attacked in several comments I read). But anyway.... Just a rant. Again, I'm so glad you guys used all the hate online as fuel to get better and better. Incredible work and with special meaning for me, now (I’ll for sure use this song as inspiration). Okay, end of my long essay. @@michelebran93 The thing is that the song was indecent (the references to masochism) given the context (UMK) and his fans (many of whom are kids). But yes, sometimes fans judge the hardest because of the high expectations (both musically and character-wise (moreally)). I may have been a bit harsh but there's reason for that. The good message the song possesses could have been displayed without the indecent side message.
