Wow, I am highly impressed by Dorothy's intellect. What a brilliant woman- she always asked the most clever questions and guessed right most of the time.

I love Niven's elegant manners! There are a few people who will still stand up when meeting a woman. I also enjoy the jewelry the ladies wear. Look at the way the light plays on those necklaces and hair ornaments!

In the earlier part of the 20th Century and before, it was customary for Men to stand in the presence of Women as a courtesy; this was when People here in the States were being raised with manners and etiquette; sadly most Americans have lost that.

The most beautiful Dental Assistant that I have ever seen, I would have my teeth cleaned everyday at this Dental Clinic.

The head thing is attractive but I've never seen one on anyone else. It does match the necklace. Unusual, looks like a step down from wearing a tiara or crown.

Dorothy's mysterious death actually might be due to her being a bit too detective-like...

Yes, Dorothy would have made a great detective. She was a reporter who worked on at least one very big story.

7:54, Dorothy asked her if she worked in a dental office, and she didn't know at first how to respond to that.

Probably because she doesn't really work for a regular dentist but an oral surgeon. So it's not exactly a dental office .

@@rob9495 she said that she works for an oral surgeon, so it is an oral surgeon's office and not a dentist's office

At that point, saying that a woman was pretty or attractive constituted not sexual harassment but a compliment.

JP Brown The lack of good manners and refinement to know what’s appropriate in the circumstances is missing often. That’s the problem.

David Niven was the first choice to play the popular James Bond movie role but it didn't work out. Can't imagine him going up one on one against "Odd Job" but everything worked out ok....

Men aren't afraid to compliment women, they lack basic human respect in the manner in which they talk to women

3:00 -- The perils of living television. If they had videotaped the broadcast, they could have stopped and replaced the cards. Wouldn't have been nearly as amusing, though. Daly certainly was quick.

It could still have been fixed, by merely having the floor director (or props person) carefully nip over while the director and technical producer simply avoided using the camera that pointed in the direction of John's desk. In fact, after John pointed it out, the next question(s) from the panel were rather lengthy and naturally kept the camera occupied on the panelist anyways. But, yes, doing a live show does present hazards and problems.
