Stage 3 Done! It can be done with versing 2-3 Rank 5 WANTEDs with a bit of luck! By then upon clearing stage 3, you should have the 2nd NP and a FT piece as well as starting on C.S. 1 Area 1!

Will FT PIECES still exist after the VSORG event is over?

Yes they will carry over to the next VSORG. The likely chance they will first rollout the 6RR+ update around either end of year or early 2025, then they will commence the next RE:VSORG! But be careful, unlike the FT pieces that will carry over, car pieces will ALWAYS reset to 0 every month on the Wangan NavApp for the monthly FT prizes.
