indepth review: the HIACE is a large and heavy vehicle, that demands a lot of skill to use. It isn't like many of the typical meta cars, which all have either balanced stats, high speed, light, small, very grippy, etc; the HIACE is none of those. it is a BIG, and HEAVY, and LONG car that is magnitudes heavier than every other car in the game. it accelerates very slowly, which makes sense considering the fact that this car the the HIGHEST top speed of any car in the game (351 kmh). it also has mediocre handling and it touches walls very easily so you are forced to time your turns right. if you are not skilled with it, you are guaranteed to lose many battles. however, just like many cars that demand skill, once you get how the HIACE works, you will realize its full power, which is a heavy car with just enough weight to block enemies coming up from you, or block the vision of your opponents when you come up right behind them (when you come up behind them, they will see the interior of the car), and plus points to you if you win against players with meta cars, because they will not expect to lose against such a "slow" car. it is, in the shortest of descriptions, a grippy and tough car which requires a lot of investment and practice to use; a small amount of people have already beaten numerous TA records with this car, so just practice.
